About Course
Fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam.
Allah commands all able Muslims to fast:
“O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous”
[2: 183]
While there are many social and physical benefits to fasting, the purpose of fasting is clear: to obey Allah and attain Taqwa.
In this course we will be covering the Fiqh of Fasting focussing on Ramadan in sha Allah.
